This issue features studies on gender-responsive joint property distribution after divorce, maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah and child protection in Indonesia and Egypt, SDGs implementation in education and environmental governance, interdisciplinary reconstruction of marriage contracts, Islamic legal protection of family privacy in the digital era, and reform of minimum marriage-age regulations in Malaysia and Indonesia. Collectively, the articles in this issue contribute to strengthening academic discourse on Islamic family law, gender justice, legal protection for vulnerable groups, family resilience, and sustainable social development.
