Transparent and Author-Friendly APC

The Article Processing Charge (APC) supports the editorial and publishing services required to produce, maintain, disseminate, and preserve high-quality scholarly articles.

Authors are not required to make any payment during manuscript submission or the regular peer-review process. The applicable APC will only be charged after the manuscript has received an editorial acceptance decision.

Editorial Independence and Peer-Review Integrity

Payment of the Regular or Fast Track APC does not guarantee manuscript acceptance. All manuscripts must satisfy the journal’s editorial, ethical, methodological, and scientific standards.

The Fast Track service only prioritizes editorial handling, reviewer coordination, communication, and production scheduling. It does not bypass, shorten improperly, or compromise the independent peer-review process.

Editorial decisions are based exclusively on the scholarly quality, relevance, originality, and integrity of the manuscript. APC or waiver status does not influence editorial decision-making.
