Volume 2, No. 1 (June 2025) of Women, Education, and Social Welfare brings together 15 unique authors from a total of 1 country, namely Indonesia, across 5 scholarly articles. This issue examines gender justice and women’s welfare in agrarian and transmigration settings, with particular attention to structural marginalization, economic participation, and the need for gender-responsive policy. It also advances gender-sensitive educational scholarship through studies of creative thinking in biology education and women’s participation in science as pathways to agency, innovation, and sustainable social development. Complementary reviews address women’s self-confidence and mental health, emphasizing the roles of education, family and community support, institutional inclusion, and accessible welfare systems in strengthening psychological and social well-being.
