To support the continuous availability of high-quality open-access publishing services, the journal applies an Article Processing Charge (APC). This charge contributes to the editorial, technical, production, dissemination, and journal management services provided throughout the publication process.

Authors are not charged during manuscript submission or peer review. The APC is payable only after the manuscript has been editorially accepted and before the article is published.

What Does the APC Cover?

The publication charge supports the following editorial and publishing services.

  • Editorial Management Online submission, editorial workflow, and communication tools for editors, reviewers, and authors.
  • Manuscript Production Copyediting support, final article formatting, and professional publication layout.
  • Similarity Screening Similarity checking using Turnitin. The similarity report may be provided to authors upon request.
  • Website and Digital Hosting Journal platform maintenance, article hosting, digital storage, and long-term online accessibility.
  • Abstracting and Indexing Preparation and dissemination of article metadata to relevant academic indexing and discovery services.
  • Author Support Administrative assistance and publication-related communication throughout the editorial process.

Payment Information

Payment is required only after editorial acceptance.

Editorial Acceptance

The corresponding author will receive an official acceptance notification from the journal.

Payment Instructions

Complete payment information will be provided together with or following the editorial acceptance notification.

Payment Deadline

Payment must be completed within 15 days after the manuscript receives editorial acceptance.

Important Notice

Accepted articles cannot be scheduled for publication until the full Article Processing Charge has been received and verified. Authors are therefore advised to complete the payment promptly.

APC Waiver Policy

Financial considerations should not prevent the dissemination of high-quality scientific research.

The journal provides an opportunity for eligible authors to request a full or partial waiver of the Article Processing Charge. All waiver applications are evaluated independently from the editorial and peer-review decisions.

Purpose

This policy is intended to ensure that publication fees do not become a barrier for authors seeking to disseminate relevant and high-quality scientific research.

Waiver Availability

Authors experiencing genuine financial constraints may submit a request for a full or partial APC waiver through the established application procedure.

Eligibility Criteria

Waiver applications may be considered based on one or more of the following circumstances:

  • Financial constraints: Authors affiliated with institutions or located in countries with limited research funding.
  • Research contribution: Research that provides a significant scholarly contribution and demonstrates potential academic or societal impact.
  • Institutional collaboration: Authors affiliated with or collaborating with official partner institutions of the journal.

Application Procedure

Submit the Request

Authors should submit the completed waiver request together with the manuscript and provide relevant supporting information.

Editorial Evaluation

The request will be evaluated confidentially by the editorial committee or other authorized journal representatives.

Decision Notification

The waiver decision will normally be communicated to the corresponding author within one week after the complete request is received.

Rights and Conditions

  • The journal reserves the right to approve or reject any APC waiver application.
  • Decisions concerning APC waiver applications are final and are not subject to appeal.
  • All waiver requests, supporting documents, and related decisions will be handled confidentially.
  • The waiver policy and its procedures may be reviewed and updated periodically.
