Volume 2, Number 1 (June 2026) of the Journal of Islamic Studies, Management, and Culture comprises 35 authors from 10 institutional affiliations across 7 countries, namely India, Iran, Indonesia, the Philippines, and several other countries. This issue presents interdisciplinary studies focusing on Islamic education, religious values, character development, and innovations in learning. The topics covered include Living Hadith studies on salawat, gender equality in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) and Rohis, the development of QR Code-based PAI e-modules, literature as a medium for the internalization of Islamic values, character building in vocational schools, learning experiences in PAI through direct instruction, persuasive communication strategies to enhance students’ self-efficacy, and the development of the Merdeka Curriculum in Islamic Religious Education. Overall, this issue underscores the importance of integrating Islamic values, pedagogical innovation, and contextual approaches in enhancing educational quality and fostering students’ character development in contemporary educational settings.
